About the Speaker
Masarrat Ahmad is a People Manager at IBM, India GTS. He is has been with the organisation for last 14 years with 20+ years of experience in Technical, Service Management and various other Business sides. Has been part of Corporate Service Corps program one of the elite program of IBM and worked in Morocco for the Govt. of Morocco on a Project, “How to do Business in Morocco”. Apart from regular BAU, he has been involved in various initiatives and Organizational front. Always, a cooperative and collaborative with his teams. In 2017, was recognised as the Top Mentor for Leadership Program in 12 CIC’s. Apart, from professional side he is a Theatre Director/Actor and also am Amateur Car Racer.
