Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) looking for Data Services COE Lead

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Essential:

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Data Analytics space
• Prior experience in building and managing a team in Advanced Analytics practice
• Working knowledge of Big Data and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure
• Hands on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of AI/ML and a knack for statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms with a strong problem solving and programming skills
• Strong leadership skills with proven track record of communicating and delivering value to the C-suite level of the enterprise
• Strong expertise in change management and program management

Desirable:

• Working experience with Visualization Tools like Tableau, Power BI and exposure to version control systems such as git
• Experience in ML based statistical techniques such as reinforcement learning and deep learning
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Proven track record of delivering business value throug
• Open and flexible to accommodate and implement new ideas and innovations
